A Most Famous Indian Fashion Model Muzamil Ibrahim.Yes, its true that one of the most famous fashion model of India is Muzamil Ibrahim. Muzamil Ibrahim is originally from state of Jammu & Kashmir. He had won the Gladrags Manhunt Contest in 2003.
He had also won the Rashtrapati Award for bravery in the year 1994, for saving a boy from drowning.
He has done more than 15 modelling campaigns and is a brand ambassador for at least 5 companies. He has also done many international campaigns and is a popular model in Bangkok. He has featured in advertisements of brands such as Mistair, Real fruit juice and Maruti Suzuki Swift and launch of Titan Xylys watches.Onida Dvd, Bolero sports car, Hide and seek biscuits, Bajaj pulsar bike(which got him noticed by many directors), Siyaram.

He is 1 of the mega model of Indian Fashion Industry Muzammil will be introduced in a Bollywood movie titled Dhoka to be directed by Pooja Bhatt and produced by Mahesh Bhatt.He is at present one of the most wanted and loved model by his female fans. He also did a few music videos like Kabhi Aisa Lagta Hai for Lucky Ali.

Wills India Fashion Week 2011

Our Wills India Fashion Week 2011 will be held from April 6 2011. Wills India Fashion Week 2011 which was held in October was a great hit and we have sawn the return of great five-day fashioner’s show to its old venue Pragati Maidan with an the fresh and large set-up. The autumn/winter edition will also be held at Pragati Maidan and will end on April 10.

The Fashion Design Council of India will be making some particular prep

arations to make sure that the place is tailor-made for a show of such grandeur. Top dresses like Exquisite lounges, exotic on-site restaurants, cafe counters and plush salons will be set up for the guests and participants. The recently finalized edition of Wills India Fashion Week established a crushing reply from designers, buyers and the entire fashion organization.

The Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) is the Asia’s largest organization of fashion event introduces a line-up of marvelous collections from Indian designers on the runway and the exhibition area. Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week offers five thrilling days of motivation, initiative and mind aligned with business opportunities.

India Fashion Week Wills Lifestyle kick off in New Delhi

After a trivial hiccup over the lack of a fire safety permit, the 15th edition of the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WLIFW) Autumn-Winter 2010 got off to a flying start in New Delhi, showcasing the newest collections of India’s top fashion designers.

Kotwara, the collection named after one of Asia’s oldest Islamic dynasties, offered by Meera and Muzaffar Ali, saw models take to the catwalk in bright, playful colours and geometric prints.
Using fabrics ranging from silk, chiffon and even feathers, Meera Ali said they were appearing to challenge the notion of luxury in the world of high fashion.
The collection’s name is Greenhouse and portrays the times of today. A greenhouse is an artificial space wherever living things are grown. So the collection is a philosophy based on shapes and what is measured luxurious, said Meera Ali.
Fur is a luxury according to some but there is no fur in our collection and we are annoying to show other materials that can be seen as luxurious, she added.
Fashion Designer Tarun Tahiliani steered away from his usual jewel tones and tested with shades of navy, gray and cream.
Fashion was galloping and racing and everyone was doing everything and it was much westernized. I intentionally took it back to a much more modern Indian way, he added.
The WLIFW-AW 2010, hosted by the Fashion Design Council of India, will observer the participation of 130 designers and 75 of them will also be presenting shows.
